We will create a meaningful affirmation to anchor your session. I’ll teach you how to use that affirmation we create as a mantra to guide you during the sound bath and beyond. As the sound baths allow us to easily access our subconscious mind, this is a powerful way to implant an affirmation to align your subconscious beliefs with your conscious desires and goals. By aligning the subconscious patterns with the aspirations of our conscious lives, we let go of limiting beliefs, break through roadblocks that cause self-sabotage, enabling us to take action towards our goals with greater ease. I’ll customize the guided visualization that opens the sound bath to speak to your intention.
